Individual and Team sessions with camp director are available year round.
Sessions can also be arranged with anyone of the got fit coaches.
Time and Place are arranged to meet your needs.

One hour sessions are now being offered INDOORS at local gyms on weekday afternoons and evenings during the winter months.   Space is reserved for 1-5 participants per session.

 -We can help decide what topics to cover or you can let us know.
 -Bring us a coaches evaluation of your child and we will do the rest.
