| Camps focus on individual development (teams welcome) through a variety of exercises and unique activities. Campers are placed into groups according to ability. Speed and fitness will be improved through plyometric, coordination and agility training. Sessions are on a grass field, in the gym and on the tennis courts at Eldorado High School. Instruction provided by coaches who also play or have played the game! Our coaches have a passion for the game and are serious about providing camps of the highest quality. Above, goal keeper for the 2005 NCAA Division I National Finalist UNM Lobos, and current MLS team member for the COLORADO RAPIDS, Michael Graczyk, demonstrates how to do an exercise for kids rotating through the plyometric station.
